Four rules we don’t bend.
01 Grounded numbers, always
Every figure a customer sees is computed on their graph — blast radius, paths, confidence, coverage. The model phrases and reasons; it never invents a number. If the graph can’t support a claim, the product says so instead of improvising.
02 Private by default
AI in a security product must not be a data-exfiltration feature. SecSemantic defaults to models inside your boundary; public APIs are an explicit, labeled, reversible choice — never a discovery.
03 A human on the loop
Autonomy has to earn its keep. Full confidence acts; anything less waits for a person, and every decision — machine or human — lands in an immutable audit trail. That bar is structural, not a setting we quietly relax.
04 Honest coverage
We would rather show you a gap than sell you a comfort metric. Thin telemetry gets flagged, blind spots get named, and “covered” never silently becomes “protected.”
